Gerald Nell did the build-out on the last 2 of my 4 dental offices. These are large offices
(over 4,000 - 5,000 sq. ft.) I was much more pleased with the job Gerald Nell did vs, the other contractors. Gerald Nell did quick work and was very accomodating to our particular concerns. They patiently endured our meticulous goals with respect to interior finishing. They readily corrected everything that we wanted taken care of as the job neared completion. The project manager even came back and addressed some detail work we overlooked at the final walk through after the job was completed and paid for.

I would definitely recommend Gerald Nell as a general contractor. They are easy to work with, don’t “nickel and dime” you for every single “extra” and the fact that most of the work is done “in house” means it gets done faster, with greater continuity and less aggrevation. All of our patients are very impressed with the look of the two offices that Gerald Nell built out.
